Clara Shih

Clara Shih is the CEO of Salesforce AI, where she leads the development of Einstein, Agentforce, and other AI-powered products across the Salesforce platform. She is responsible for integrating generative AI and autonomous AI agents into the world's largest CRM platform, serving hundreds of thousands of enterprise customers.

Shih is the author of 'The Facebook Era,' one of the first books on social media's impact on business. She was the youngest woman to serve on the board of directors of Starbucks. Before Salesforce, she co-founded Hearsay Systems, a digital client engagement platform for financial services.

At Salesforce, Shih has driven the development of AI capabilities that help enterprises automate customer interactions, generate insights from data, and deploy autonomous AI agents across sales, service, and marketing workflows.
