Nabiha Saklayen is the CEO and co-founder of Cellino, a biotechnology company using AI and laser physics to manufacture stem cell-derived therapies at scale. Cellino's platform combines computer vision, machine learning, and ultrafast laser technology to automate the production of patient-specific cell therapies.

Saklayen holds a PhD in Physics from Harvard University, where her research focused on nanophotonics and laser-cell interactions. She developed methods for using laser pulses to deliver molecules into cells with unprecedented precision — the foundational technology behind Cellino.

The company aims to solve one of the biggest challenges in regenerative medicine: the ability to manufacture personalized cell therapies affordably and at scale. By using AI to monitor and control the cell manufacturing process in real-time, Cellino is making individualized stem cell treatments more accessible for diseases currently considered incurable.
